Hi, I’m Lel and I’m a practitioner of Shiatsu and Oriental Therapies, and based in the City of Port Phillip, Melbourne.
I come from a wide range of work and life experiences:  with a degree in law and social science, and a period of time where I advocated for members of an asylum seeker and refugee centre.  I've always been interested in health and well-being and so was naturally drawn to the therapeutic power of touch and bodywork.  And ultimately:  Shiatsu.
As a Shiatsu practitioner, I feel completely in alignment, embracing the instinct of nurture and care that comes so naturally to me and which Shiatsu allows me to share with those seeking to find their own sense of wellbeing and restoration.
The impact of Shiatsu extends beyond the individual, spreading positivity and harmony to those around us.  On a personal level, Shiatsu is continuing to guide my own personal quest for health and emotional well-being, not only for myself but also for my children.  And as a shiatsu therapist, I see myself as a facilitator for you as well - listening closely to the body and assisting you to connect with yourself and your own personal journey. Seeing and feeling the transformative power of Shiatsu every day is truly wonderful!
Shiatsu, to me, is more than just a practice; it creates an environment of nurture, safety, and restoration.  Book yourself in for a treatment today! You deserve it!
